FARGO (AP) — Representatives of four major flour milling companies in Korea will be surveying North Dakota’s hard red spring wheat crop.

The North Dakota Wheat Commission is hosting the team Sunday through Tuesday.

The group will meet with North Dakota State University experts, and visit the Northern Crops Institute, a grain elevator and a farm.

Wheat Commission marketing specialist Erica Olson said in the marketing year that just ended, Korea bought 12 million bushels of hard red spring wheat, making the country the fourth-largest export market.
