BISMARCK (AP) — Bismarck officials want help from residents and businesses to craft an ordinance for small wind turbines.
City officials said some citizens have inquired about installing small wind turbines at their homes. The city said the proposed ordinance will set standards to minimize the potential for adverse impacts to neighboring properties.
A public meeting on the proposed ordinance is slated on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the City County Building in Bismarck.
