Northwoods Camp provides new experience for kids

Are you looking for a fun, inexpensive summer camping experience for your child? The Salvation Army Northwoods Camp, located by Finlayson, may be what you’re looking for.

Are you looking for a fun, inexpensive summer camping experience for your child? The Salvation Army Northwoods Camp, located by Finlayson, may be what you’re looking for.

Teen camp, for students who have completed grades 6 to 12, is set for Monday through Friday, June 22-26. Kids camp, for children who have completed grades 1 to 5, is set for Monday through Thursday, July 6-9.

The goal of the Northwoods Camp is to provide a loving and grace-filled environment for campers. Each child will be given the opportunity to enjoy hiking in the woods, group games, crafts, water park/pool, music, a camp fire, sports, boating, swimming, archery, fishing, a petting zoo and more.
