Horse wellness clinic scheduled Saturday at NDSU Equine Center

FARGO - The fourth annual horse wellness clinic featuring dental, shoeing and chiropractic services is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the North Dakota State University Equine Center, 5140 19th Ave. N.
The clinic is being organized by Carol Van Den Einde, a horse owner who lives on a farm near Argusville.
She said veterinarians will be available throughout the day to provide the various services. A percentage of all service fees will be donated to the Children's Miracle Network. Nearly $3,000 was raised last year.
In addition to the horse wellness clinic, there will be a barrel racing clinic for girls.
