1941 The last and only other time the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers have played each other in the NFL playoffs. The Bears and Packers, who play for the NFC Championship this Sunday, started playing each other in 1921 and have the league’s longest rivalry with 182 regular season and postseason games. Back in the 1941 NFL playoff game, the Bears beat the Packers 33-14 and went on to beat the New York Giants 39-7 for the NFL Championship.

16-16 The conference road record for North Dakota State’s men’s basketball team during its four seasons as a member of The Summit League. This year’s Bison currently have a 1-4 Summit League road record, after losing at Indiana Purdue-Indianapolis and Western Illinois last weekend. The Bison went 3-6 on the road in 2007-08 when they finished fourth in the league, 8-1 on the road in 2008-09 when they placed first and 4-5 on the road last year when they placed sixth.

11 The ranking in the latest NCAA Mid-major men’s basketball poll for Oakland (Mich.) – which plays at NDSU Saturday. Oakland currently leads the Summit League with a 7-0 record and has an 11-8 overall record, with six of its eight losses coming against No. 21 West Virginia 95-71, No. 14 Purdue 82-67, No. 23 Illinois 74-63, No. 17 Michigan State 77-76, Michigan 69-51 and No. 1 Ohio State 92-63. Oakland posted an 89-82 win over previously-ranked Tennessee.

11,975 The attendance at last Saturday’s University of North Dakota 4-1 men’s hockey win over Minnesota at Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks. It was the third largest crowd in Ralph Engelstad history, ranking behind the 11,986 fans that attended UND’s 5-3 win over the Gophers in 2003 and the 12,189 fans that saw UND lose to the Gophers 4-3 in 2002.

28 and 10.5 Number of points and rebounds Fargo South’s Meghan Roehrich averaged in two games last weekend. The senior, who has committed to play at the University of North Dakota, had 28 points and 10 rebounds in an 84-60 win over Moorhead and had 28 points and 11 rebounds in a 71-64 win over West Fargo.
