Youths ages 12 to 15 intrigued by aerospace can learn more at the 2010 4-H Aerospace Event on April 25-26 in Grand Forks.

The North Dakota State University Extension Service, North Dakota 4-H Foundation and University of North Dakota Aerospace are sponsoring the program.

The program, which will be held at the UND John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences, will start at 1 p.m. April 25 and end by noon the following day.

Youths must be accompanied by a chaperone. Event organizers recommend one chaperone for every four or five youth.

Youths and chaperones must register. The registration fee is $32 each for youth and chaperones. The fee includes materials, lodging, two meals and a snack.

The registration deadline is April 2. To register online, go to www.ndsu.edu/4h. Event organizers suggest registering as soon as possible because enrollment is limited.

For more information, call the NDSU Extension Center for 4-H Youth Development at (701) 231-9218.
