Ethanol plant accident sends man to hospital

CASSELTON, N.D. – A worker at the Tharaldson Ethanol plant near Casselton was airlifted to a Fargo hospital Monday, WDAY-TV reported.

CASSELTON, N.D. – A worker at the Tharaldson Ethanol plant near Casselton was airlifted to a Fargo hospital Monday, WDAY-TV reported.

A piece of equipment fell on the man about 10:45 a.m.

Cass County authorities said a large metal piece hit two men. One man was struck in the chest while the other was struck in the ankle.

No other details were available.
