4th graders experience ‘a day on the farm’ via area experts
Century, Nevis and Laporte fourth graders experienced “Ag in the Classroom” Friday with a host of local “resources” arriving to share their knowledge on how food, fiber and renewable resource products are produced. The kids were reminded of the role agriculture plays in a strong economy and gained an appreciation of the products.
