Red River Basin Land and Water Summit scheduled for Jan. 22 through 24

The 30th annual Red River Basin Land and Water International Summit Conference, “Uniting the Red River Basin for 30 Years” will be held Jan. 22 through 24 at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, N.D.

The 30th annual Red River Basin Land and Water International Summit Conference, “Uniting the Red River Basin for 30 Years” will be held Jan. 22 through 24 at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, N.D.

A Drainage Workshop will be held on the morning of Jan. 22, before the conference officially starts. Conference presentations will include water quality, water supply, drainage and flood damage reduction.

The Red River Basin Commission is a non-profit organization that works across the political boundaries of Manitoba in Canada and Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota in the United States to create a common vision and a unified voice for action on Red River Basin land and water issues.
