Precision ag summit to be held in Jamestown

On Jan. 16 and 17, several national recognized agriculture experts will join Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., as featured presenters for what is billed as the first precision agriculture action summit in Jamestown, N.D. The event will be held at the new North Dakota Farmers Union Conference Center

On Jan. 16 and 17, several national recognized agriculture experts will join Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., as featured presenters for what is billed as the first precision agriculture action summit in Jamestown, N.D. The event will be held at the new North Dakota Farmers Union Conference Center.

Speakers will discuss innovations, research, trends, technology applications and demonstrations for implementing precision agriculture.

The event is hosted by the Red River Valley Research Corridor, the North Dakota Farmers Union, the NDSU Department of Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering, and the Dakota Center for Precision Agriculture at Lake Region State College, and Farm Credit Services of Fargo, Minot and Mandan.
