No one hurt in Grand Forks business fire

GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Authorities say no one was hurt in a fire at the J.R. Simplot potato processing plant in Grand Forks.

Nearly 20 firefighters responded to the blaze in a piece of equipment on Wednesday. They evacuated the building and put out the fire that had sent smoke through a roof vent.

Officials did not immediately release a damage estimate.
