Canadian Pacific plans $100M expansion in ND

BISMARCK, N.D. — Canadian Pacific Railway says it will invest $100 million in North Dakota through 2012.

BISMARCK, N.D. — Canadian Pacific Railway says it will invest $100 million in North Dakota through 2012.

The company says its investment plan will expand network capacity and enhance rail service to meet increased traffic demands.

The railroad says most of the work is expected to be completed this fall. The company plans to hire 70 new workers as part of the expansion.
