ND Cargill plant roof damaged by insulation fire
WAHPETON, N.D. — A roof fire caused damage and a work disruption at the Cargill corn syrup plant in rural Wahpeton.
WAHPETON, N.D. — A roof fire caused damage and a work disruption at the Cargill corn syrup plant in rural Wahpeton.
The company says insulation caught fire while work was being done on the building. A damage estimate wasn’t immediately available.
Some workers were sent home for the day after the smoldering fire Thursday afternoon.
