Mayor Don Ness, or His Honor Ness, "you look swell."
It was all smiles galore at the NorShor Theatre during part one of a centennial celebration for the space where the Orpheum Theatre opening in 1910. Festivities continued with an open house at noon Saturday, and bands playing that night.
